Islamic Center of Tallahassee (ICT) offers a place to pray, host Weekend Islamic School on Sundays & Summer School, conduct Marriage Services, Funeral Services, hold Quranic and Arabic classes for adults and teenagers. We would like you to come, join us for these activities and make this community a success.
Application set contains the job application, requirements, and required qualification standards.
The Islamic Center of Tallahassee (ICT) strives to serve the Muslim population of the big bend region by providing prayer services 5 times a day, and an Islamic school for the new generation of muslims where they can truly learn Islam and become active members of this community. It also provides Islamic activities to strengthen the Islamic community ties socially and religiously.
The center strives to increase the awareness of Islam in the community at large and conduct Da'awa activities according to the holy book Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Monthly Potluck Dinner ICT is hosting the monthly potluck dinner at Al-Furqan Mosque on the last Saturday of each month between Maghrib and Isha.
The next dinner will be held on Saturday May 30, 2009.
Please use the signup sheet at Masjid Al-Furqan to bring one of the following items that would feed about 10-15 people:

Arabic Classes at Masjid Al-Ansar Arabic Class will be offered by Imam Naeem every Sunday after Asr prayer at Masjid Al-Ansar (Pensacola St.).
Everyone is encouraged to come and learn the language of the Quran.

ICT Planning Workgroup ICT would like to invite the brothers and sisters of this community to participate in the ICT planning workgroup.
This workgroup is working on creating a Growth Roadmap and the issues of long term interest to this community.
The group meets alternate Sundays at Masjid Al-Furqan from 3:00pm until 4:30pm.
The next meeting will be held on Sunday April 05, 2009.

ICT Website Redesign Workgroup ICT would like to seek your input in the redesign of it's current website to better serve the community in the Big Bend region.
As this community continues to grow, we would like the web to help us better communicate and reach our members as well as the non-muslim community around us.
The workgroup is open to both the brothers and sisters of this community.
The workgroup meets each Saturday from noon to 2:00pm at Masjid Al-Furqan.
